About the event
This presentation examines the concept of "re-parenting" ourselves. What did we miss growing up? What did we need that we didn't get? How can we fulfill those needs in our adult life?
Particpants will learn about the development stages of childhood, the characteristics of healthy families, and ways that they can enhance their own recovery by recognizing past unmet needs.
This virtual 2 hour open event is hosted on-line via Zoom by the Berlin Friendly Circle Recovery Group. Mary Gordon will be presenting, followed by a group discussion.
